Childbirth Education $250

This in-home or virtual class is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge about the various stages and events of labor. Additionally, the class will prepare you for the different possibilities that may arise during labor and birth. Furthermore, the class will delve into comfort measures that can be utilized during labor, ensuring that you have a comfortable and positive experience. It will also provide a platform to discuss your birth preferences and create a personalized birth plan. Comfort Measures $100

I will ensure that you gain the necessary knowledge and skills to alleviate pain and promote relaxation during this transformative experience. With a duration of 1 hour, this class offers a convenient and comprehensive learning opportunity in the comfort of your own home. This service is designed to assist families during the transition of welcoming a new baby into their home. I understand that this can be a challenging time, and my goal is to provide the necessary support to make the process smoother. This service includes supporting the mother during this period, offering guidance and assistance with breastfeeding, helping with light housework to ease the workload, assisting with meal planning to ensure the family's nutritional needs are met, and providing postpartum planning to ensure a healthy recovery. I believe that by offering these services, we can alleviate some of the stress and responsibilities that come with having a new baby, allowing families to focus on bonding and cherishing this special time.
